Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At NUM, we want you to experience our clean cosmetics and organic essentials with absolute confidence. Because we prioritize health, hygiene, and product purity, we have designed a fair and transparent policy that balances consumer security with strict quality control.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at no extra cost anytime before it leaves our New Delhi fulfillment hub. To cancel, please WhatsApp or call us immediately at +91 7290968388 with your Order ID. A full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner and a tracking AWB has been generated, the order cannot be canceled or modified in transit.

2. Return Policy

Due to the personal care nature of Clean Cosmetics (skincare/haircare) and the safety standards of Wellness Pantry Staples (Ghee, Jaggery, Khand), we do not accept physical returns of opened or used products. This ensures that every item shipped to a consumer is 100% fresh, untouched, and untampered with.

3. Immediate Doorstep Refusal

We highly recommend inspecting your parcel at the moment of delivery:

  • If the outer shipping box is visibly crushed, wet, open, or leaking, please do not accept the package from the delivery agent.

  • Refuse the delivery and instruct the courier agent to mark it as "Refused due to transit damage."

  • Take a quick picture of the refused package and notify our WhatsApp support immediately. We will ship out a fresh replacement block to you at no extra cost.

4. Digital Claims for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package outer seal was intact, but upon opening the box you find a product is damaged, leaked, or that you received the wrong item, you are completely covered by our 100% Digital Consumer Guarantee:

  • The 48-Hour Window: Kindly notify our support team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery via WhatsApp at +91 7290968388 or email at support@nandiniudupi.com.

  • The Required Proof: To ensure a fair ground and protect against fraudulent claims, you must provide a clear, unedited video of yourself unboxing/unsealing the courier package. The video should clearly show the shipping label on the box and the condition of the damaged or incorrect product inside.

  • The Resolution: Once our digital desk reviews the unboxing video, you don't need to mail anything back or visit any physical store. We will instantly issue a 100% Free Replacement Shipment or a Full Financial Refund back to your source account, based entirely on your preference.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Once a digital refund is approved by our management team, the financial transaction is reversed through our secure payment gateway gateway.

  • Prepaid orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, NetBanking) will see the credit return to their original payment source within 5 to 7 operational banking days.

  • We are not liable for external banking delays once our system initiates the transaction reversal.
