Refund & Return Policy

As we deal in perishable food products, we do not accept any returns once the product has been delivered and the package has been accepted by the customer.

However, the customer has the right to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the seal is broken or tampered, the customer is entitled to refuse the package and return it immediately to the delivery personnel or courier company. In such cases, please notify us promptly so we can assist further.

If the package seal was intact at the time of delivery but, upon opening, the product is found to be spoiled, damaged, or not in the expected consumable state, the customer is eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

• The customer must visit our shop within 72 hours of receiving the package.

• The customer must provide clear evidence of the issue. The best form of proof is a video recorded while unsealing the package, showing the product condition as received.

• The evidence must reasonably establish that the product in question is ours and was received in a spoiled or unacceptable condition.

Beyond the 72-hour window, no claims for refund, exchange, or replacement will be entertained, regardless of the circumstances.
