Follow these simple steps to check the live status of your NUM order in transit:
📦 Step 1: Find Your AWB Tracking Number
Once your order is processed and packed at our New Delhi fulfillment hub, our system automatically generates a unique Air Waybill (AWB) Tracking Number. You will receive this number instantly via SMS and Email the moment your package is handed over to our shipping partner.
📑 Step 2: Copy Your Code
Copy the numerical AWB tracking ID from your shipment confirmation message.
🚚 Step 3: Track Live via Delhivery
Click the official tracking button below. It will securely open the Delhivery Tracking Portal in a new tab. Simply paste your copied AWB code into their search bar to see real-time updates on your delivery dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery FAQs
Q1. My tracking number says "Invalid" or "Not Found." What should I do?
A: Don’t worry, your order is completely safe. When we pack your order at our Delhi hub, an AWB tracking number is generated instantly. However, it takes 12 to 24 hours for our courier partner (Delhivery) to physically pick up the box, scan it at their local warehouse, and update it in their digital system. Please check the link again after 8:00 PM tonight.
Q2. How long will it take for my order to reach me?
A:
Delhi & NCR: Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days.
Rest of India: Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days.
Note: All orders are dispatched from our facility daily between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Q3. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
A: We process and hand over shipments to our delivery partners very rapidly to ensure quick service. If you need to change your delivery address, please WhatsApp us immediately at +91 7290968388 before 4:00 PM on the day of your order. Once a package leaves our Delhi fulfillment hub, the route cannot be altered mid-transit.
Q4. What should I do if my package arrives visibly damaged or leaking at the time of delivery?
A: Please do not accept or receive the delivery. If you notice that the outer box is crushed, wet, or leaking when the courier agent hands it to you, immediately refuse the package. Kindly tell the delivery agent to mark the official status as "Refused due to transit damage." > Once you have refused it, take a quick photo of the damaged box if possible, and alert our support team via WhatsApp at +91 7290968388 or email support@nandiniudupi.com. We will handle the dispute with the courier company ourselves and dispatch a brand-new replacement shipment to you immediately at no extra cost.
