The applicable shipping fees and the minimum order value required to qualify for Free Shipping are entirely determined by the shipping destination's state or Union Territory classification as detailed below:
Zone 1 : This zone covers Delhi, Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.
Free Shipping Threshold: Enjoy complimentary delivery on all cart orders with a minimum value of ₹1,000.
Zone 2 : This zone covers Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Kerala, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Puducherry, and Daman & Diu.
Free Shipping Threshold: Enjoy complimentary delivery on all cart orders with a minimum value of ₹1,000.
Zone 3 : This zone covers Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Goa, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura.
Free Shipping Threshold: Due to complex terrain and higher transit costs, complimentary delivery is applicable on all cart orders with a minimum value of ₹2,000.
Please Note: For any cart totals falling below the designated free shipping minimums, dynamic weight-based delivery fees calculated directly by our logistics partner (Delhivery) will automatically apply at the final checkout screen.
1. Central Fulfillment & Dispatch Timelines
Our Hub Location: All orders are quality-checked, securely packed, and dispatched directly from our central fulfillment facility located in Dwarka, New Delhi - 110075.
Processing Time: We operate on a swift logistics turnaround. Orders are processed and handed over to our primary courier networks within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.
Operational Hours: Dispatches occur daily from Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be securely processed on the following operational business day.
2. Primary Shipping Partners
To guarantee reliable nationwide transit, we partner with premier, registered domestic courier networks. Our primary logistics partner for pan-India doorstep delivery is Delhivery. For specialized local delivery requirements within specific target zones, we may utilize verified regional networks.
3. Estimated Nationwide Delivery Timelines
Once your package leaves our Delhi fulfillment facility, the estimated arrival timeline depends entirely on your geographical location across India:
Delhi NCR Zone: 1 to 2 business days.
Major Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad): 3 to 5 business days.
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 6 business days.
Northeast India, J&K, and Rural Regions: 5 to 7 business days.
Please Note: While we and our courier partners strive to meet these operational timelines, actual delivery windows may vary slightly due to regional courier load variations, extreme weather conditions, or local festival holiday disruptions.
4. Real-Time Tracking & Notifications
You will never be left guessing about your parcel's location. The exact moment your shipment is scanned out of our Delhi hub:
An automated Dispatch Confirmation will be delivered straight to your registered Mobile Number (via SMS/WhatsApp) and Email ID.
This alert will contain your unique Air Waybill (AWB) Tracking Number.
You can input this tracking number directly into our website's dedicated Track Order page to review live transit updates via the official Delhivery portal. Please allow 12–24 hours for the tracking status to update on their server.
5. Delivery Address Responsibilities
Delivery of all consignments will be executed strictly to the exact shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or parcel losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or unserviceable address entry by the customer.
If a package is returned to our Delhi facility due to an incomplete address or non-availability of the receiver after multiple delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply to dispatch the package a second time.
