Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies — primarily Delhivery and Porter, depending on the serviceable area. We generally expect delivery within 24 hours of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier network. However, actual timelines may vary as per the operational norms of the respective courier companies.

Nandini Udupi Mithai is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier/logistics partner within 3 working days from the date of order and payment, or as per the agreed delivery schedule at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order. Once shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation on your registered email address and mobile number.
